Summarize
The bipolar-type electrolyzer which belongs to FG Model Series is a kind of electro-organic synthesis device jointly developed by the authorized Chinese research institutes and our company. This electrolyzer can be applied in the electro-synthesis of organic fine chemical products. This device has referred to the relevant latest designs from abroad. With the special engineering plastics or titanium composite materials as its cell body material and the depositional active layers of rare precious metals as its cathode and anode, this kind of electrolyzer has such following significant advantages as the high current density, high current efficiency, low cell voltage, good anti-corrosive property , compact structure, convenient maintenance, non-pollution, etc. These merits are not comparable by the other electro-synthesis devices and surely give great satisfaction to the customers in reward.
Working Principle:
The electrolyzer consists of several elementary cells. And each cell consist of the cathode part and anode part which are separated by the membrane. The electrolyte will be forcibly circulated into the anode pool and cathode pool through the circulating pump. Among these elementary cells are connected by the conductive wires or copper bus-bar. Between the anode pool and the cathode pool is conducted by the electrolyte and the membrane. The current flow way belongs to series connection one. The oxidation reaction from the anode will generate the oxidized product while the deduction reaction from the cathode will generate the reduzate.
